Because we are a family run small business located in Seattle, WA, orders are completed with the utmost care and quality control. Manufacturing orders can take up to 10-12 business days, depending on order volume. When orders are shipped a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at time of order.
Orders over $150 may require additional processing time. We appreciate your patience during these times and continue to value your support!
Our shipping method is USPS. When orders are packaged, weight and size of package is communicated with USPS electronically and cost is then calculated. We do not have any control over these prices.
Currently we are shipping only to the US and Canada using First Class Parcel and USPS Priority Mail. Unfortunately, because of strict import regulations, we are NOT able to ship to the UK or Australia.
Refunds - We offer absolutely NO refunds or replacement of product for international shipping orders. We also offer no refunds on order which show USPS has delivered them to the destination address (you can make a claim with USPS).
